Can I Just Sell Panties & Avoid Porn!?

I got this message from a seller:

“I listened to your podcast today and will listen to them all over the next few weeks! Such a learning curve man oh man! Thank you for your time and giving me the confidence to do this!

We’ve been hit hard by covid so this seems like the perfect time to get started in this! I’ve always wanted to do it but never knew what and where to go.

I signed up for pantydeal and the pages I can see aren’t panties but more pornographic sites!

I don’t mind sending some pics or a quick video of me.

Are there any sites where there isn’t so much pornish pics and videos! Or should I just start at Pantydeal and sell what I want and see what happens??

Thanks for any help you can give!”

Here’s my reply:

Ok, so this is a great question and it’s come up here and there on the Panty Selling podcast and here on the blog but not in any great detail.

So, when I first decided to join Pantydeal I too had no idea what was awaiting me on the other side.

I had zero experience in this industry and figured that I’d join Pantydeal and I’d say eBay type listings with listings of pants and that would be that.

Boy did I get a shock when I got inside the site.

Picture after picture of half naked (or full naked) bods and XXX rated content.

A lot of things I’d never even heard of. I’m super vanilla and so you could say that quite a few postings were an education.

What the fuck is CBT? JOI? Shark week?

Hello?

I felt completely overwhelmed and my initial thought was I’ve made a mistake and I’ve joined a porn site.

But, I needed the cash and I told myself I was just here to sell the used panties and that was that.

And that was indeed true in the beginning.

After a few days I really wasn’t phased by what I was seeing on the site. Lots of naked asses are just normal now haha.

But if you’re easily offended then you’ll have to just tune it out.

And in all honesty, sites have got better at removing very indecent images. They aren’t actually supposed to be on the site (to say nothing of the fact that guys SHOULD be paying to see that).

Unfortunately a lot of sellers think that showing everything will get them more sales. I don’t know, maybe it does but it doesn’t vibe with me personally.

Now, my first order was pics. So I was instantly in a predicament as I hadn’t said to myself at that point that I would sell pics. It helps to have an agreement in your mind about what you will and won’t sell ahead of time but don’t be surprised if that changes over time.

So to answer the question, as far as I know, there aren’t any sites out there where people just sell panties with the exception of eBay. That’s one place you can sell where you definitely will not see naked vaginas!!

On selling platforms, you are going to see that stuff but it doesn’t mean you have to sell it!!!

Offering digital items will increase your income but there’s no gun against your head saying you have to sell it and even if you do, you don’t have to show anything to make sales or to sell those products!!

Does that help?

Any questions, come back to me.
