I got this message from a seller on a panty selling website.
“I started on here a couple of months ago and I’m still trying to figure it out. I’ve been listening to your podcast recently. I wanted to ask, do you think it would be more beneficial to sign up for multiple websites and platforms or to just focus all your energy on the one?”
This is a great question and it’s come up a lot recently.
When you’re just starting out as a used panty seller, I do think that you should stick to just one platform in order to figure out how it all works.
You’ll learn a lot in the first few weeks – and you’ll be targeted by scammers and time wasters and guys chancing their luck because you’re new.
But platforms are where I’ve made 99% of my income. I love platforms. I think they’re great educational tools AND they hook you up with guys ready to buy what you’ve got.
It makes sense in the beginning to focus your energy on just one platform until you know what you’re doing. By that time you’ll have all your pics taken, your shop items created AND you’ll have experience talking to customers.
At that point, you can decide if you want to venture out to another platform.
The first question I’d probably ask is what’s prompting the move.
There can be a lot of ‘grass is greener on the other side’ ideas that don’t pan out the way you hoped.
That said, it could be that your first platform choice just isn’t as busy or just doesn’t work for you.
What I have found over the years is that some sellers just seem to do better on one platform over another. Some sellers swear by one platform being the BEST, whilst others didn’t make one solitary sale on it.
Some sellers just don’t vibe with a platform and find that they instantly ‘take’ to another. So sometimes it’s worth checking out the competition to see if your style fits better elsewhere.
I just released Platform Prowess, which is three of the biggest platform trainings for Pantydeal, censored and Scented Pansy. It shows you how I used those platforms and so you can see how each works before deciding which platform is right for you. Check it out here:
